Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Everbrook Academy, a 21st century preschool and early learning center here in Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C.!

Our school offers an engaging, nurturing environment for every child during their most critical early years. We offer programs for Infants, Toddlers and Twos, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten students.

At Everbrook, we strive to mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. In addition to basic school readiness, we also focus on helping children to be creative, to communicate, to collaborate with others, and to be critical thinkers.

Kaylee Marinan, Principal

Education: B.S. Early Childhood Education

Certifications: CPR & First Aid, MAT, Food Manager Certification

I have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University and have been working in the field for the past 10 years. I started with Learning Care Group in 2017 and became a director in 2018. I enjoy being able to partner with families and teachers to promote a love of learning in all children. Our goal is to create a community among our families that helps each child reach their potential during their time with us.

Education: Bachelors of Arts, History- University of South Carolina, Upstate

Certifications: CPR & First Aid, MAT

I have worked in Early Childhood Education for 12 years and I am excited to be the School Education Manager for Everbrook Academy of Foggy Bottom. I will work with the teachers to help build a classroom community, to create developmentally appropriate curriculum, and to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
