School Alerts
The shortcode 89475 is used to send School Alerts via text message to your mobile phone on behalf of any of Learning Care’s brands including La Petite Academy, Childtime, Tutor Time, The Children's Courtyard, Everbrook Academy, Montessori Unlimited, U-GRO, Creative Kids Learning Center, Young School, AppleTree & Gilden Woods, and Pathways Learning Academy. These School Alerts could contain messaging regarding information you requested, scheduled school appointments, important school dates and reminders, and enrollment incentives.
YOUR CARRIER’S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Messages are recurring and the maximum number of messages per month will vary. Text messages will be sent between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, except for messages that are delivered immediately as a direct result of an action you initiate. You can unsubscribe at any time by texting "STOP" to 89475 and you will receive confirmation of your opt-out. If you have any questions, text "HELP" to 89475 or you can contact us at 866.244.5384 or email customerservice@learningcare.com.
By opting in to this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. View our privacy policy here.
We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Resolution of Disputes
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these terms in any way, we encourage you to attempt to resolve such matter in good faith. However, if a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, breach thereof, and/or services provided by Learning Care and any of its brands, related entities and subsidiaries, shall be brought by you in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class or representative capacity.
Applicable laws
Everbrook Academy controls this Site from its headquarters within the United States of America. Everbrook Academy makes no representation as to the appropriateness or availability for use of the Information from the Site for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Information in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. The internal substantive laws of the State of Michigan shall govern any claim relating to the Information.
