Hello, Grimes! Everbrook Academy of Grimes opened its doors in October 2026 as a daycare and preschool, close to Grimes Public Library, Heritage Elementary School, and Beaverbrooke South Park. We welcome families from Johnston.
Our classrooms welcome Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-K, Junior Kindergarten, and Before and After School Care, serving ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Flexible daycare options include Part-time schedules, so care fits your week. Infant days follow Learn from the Start®, where singing builds language, and Learn as We Grow® for Toddlers through Pre-K shows learning in Learning in Action displays, like two-year-olds spotting seasonal changes outdoors.
Our Discovery room, a STEAM lab, invites children to build, test, and wonder. You will feel part of the day with SproutAbout® and its real-time photos, video, and care updates, while livestreaming video opens a window to class. At our school, children gain the confidence and independence to try things on their own. Our teachers are experienced and nurturing, and they help each child feel loved and supported.
Our healthy meals and snacks make room for variety, and we encourage children to try new foods. Learn from the Start™, our exclusive milestone-based curriculum, guides every experience, from sensory play to early language and motor skill building. The classroom is designed with everything teachers need at their fingertips, so they can stay by your baby’s side. Sensory pools and mats, activity gyms, and other age-appropriate toys and materials engage all five senses, inspiring curiosity and exploration in a safe space. With a maximum teacher-child ratio of 1:4, your baby always feels the love and attention they need. Diapers and wipes are also included, giving families one less thing to worry about each day.
