My name is Michelle Matthews, I have over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and have worked for the Learning Care Group since 2006. My decades of experience have allowed for an understanding in many areas that are involved in the education of children, including safety, security, nutrition, and much more. My passion has always been educating the children of today for the future of tomorrow, along with those that teach them.

The last 2 years I have been a Director for Wilson County Schools overseeing program operations, compliance and family engagement initiatives. I am looking forward to this next chapter in my career and serving the families at Everbrook Academy.
