Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Everbrook Academy of Urbandale where we are more than just a daycare! Here your child will discover a hands-on STEAM curriculum, and other exciting learning opportunities!
We offer programs for children six weeks to 12 years old in our Infant, Toddlers, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Before & After school classrooms. Our school uses a STEAM-based curriculum and offers an engaging, nurturing environment for every child. Along with this, we focus on creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and communication.
We offer enhanced learning throughout the school year with our Curiosity Cadets program, which includes learning about cooking, the arts and world culture. We also offer several elective programs for children beyond the regular curriculum to help further expand minds, energize bodies and build confidence.

Meet Our Staff
Samantha Kirby, Principal
Education: Early Childhood Education, Kirkwood
I have 13 years of experience in early childhood education, including eight years with Learning Care Group and four years in management. I’m passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow and where families and teachers feel supported. I studied Early Childhood Education at Kirkwood Community College and also have a background in respite care. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, spending time with my son, Karter, and making memories with my family.

Education: Psychology Studies, DMACC
Hi! I’m Madison, Assistant Director at Everbrook Academy. I have more than seven years of experience in early childhood education and a background in Psychology studies at DMACC. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported and excited to learn. I enjoy building strong relationships with families and supporting our teachers to provide a positive experience for every child. Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart and am a proud mom of two.
