Welcome to Our School

My name is Ellen Spradlin and I am the school principal. I have over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and have had the pleasure working with our company for all of those 15 years. I am so excited for you to see all the amazing things we have to offer at Everbrook Academy in Charlotte, NC.

Our school offers programs for Toddlers and Twos, as well as Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Junior Kindergarten. We broaden each child's learning through our Curiosity Cadets program that features four enrichment experiences throughout the year. Along with this, we offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences beyond the regular curriculum.

At Everbrook, we mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. In addition to basic school readiness, we also focus on helping children to be creative, to communicate, to collaborate with others and to be critical thinkers. We pride ourselves on being an extension to your family and plan a variety of opportunities for family involvement.

Ellen Spradlin, Principal

Education: Associates Degree in Graphic Design, NC Credentials, Admin I & II

Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certified, BSAC, SIDS, and Playground Safety Certified

I love working with children and helping them grow. Seeing the spark and the love of learning in the children's eyes is my inspiration and passion. With my role here at Everbrook Academy, I am making sure that every child, parent, and family gain the best educational experience with everything we have to offer. I truly believe that the children are our future and we have the obligation as educators to make sure it is a bright and successful one.

Working with children is my passion and inspiring and coaching teachers is my dedication. I have been in this field for over 20 years and want to share my experience and knowledge with my team and fellow educators. With my role her at Everbrook Academy, I will ensure that children will be given the opportunity to gain the skills and education they need for a successful start in life.
