Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Everbrook Academy of Minnetonka- a 21st century preschool! We serve families located in Minnetonka, Hopkins, and surrounding areas.
Our private school offers an array of programs fit for your family. Our infant program serves babies six weeks to 16 months, our STEAM guided preschool serves students 16 months to five years, and our school age program buses to local schools and serves students five years until 12 years.
At Everbrook, we strive to mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. In addition to basic school readiness, we focus on helping children to be creative, to communicate and advocate, to collaborate with others, and be critical thinkers. We are also proud to include Spanish classes to all students 16 months and up and also have a variety of ancillary programs including cooking classes, Chinese classes, Soccer Shots, dance classes (TippieToes), and a sports program (KidoKinetics).

Certifications: Emotional and Behavior Disorders, EMT-I, Literacy Instruction, Certified Food Protection Manager
Hi! I am Mandee, the Principal at Everbrook Academy in Minnetonka. I have been with Everbrook since early 2020 and have enjoyed various roles within our school while creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students. My passion is education and connection, and my background is in special education- specifically Autism and EBD. I am an east coast native, but currently reside in Minnetonka with my husband and kids.

I am Alex Rankin--the School Education Manager at Everbrook Academy of Minnetonka. I have been with Everbrook since 2021 as the lead teacher in the PreK classroom and was promoted to School Education Manager in early 2023. I enjoy implementing exciting and engaging curriculum throughout our school.
