Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Everbrook Academy at FERC! We are a 21st century preschool and early learning center and we look forward to welcoming you to our school community. Our school features programs for Infants, Toddlers, Twos, and Preschool children.

We are conveniently located near Union Station, and this secure location is open to the community! We also offer two private, on-site playgrounds where we provide plenty of outdoor time for our young learners.

Our school proudly serves the Capitol Hill and NoMa areas, and we are easily accessible from the Penn Quarter, Navy Yard, and Gallaudet neighborhoods.

At Everbrook Academy, we strive to mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. We focus on school readiness, while also helping children to be creative, to communicate, to collaborate with others, and to become critical thinkers.

Rachel Fisher , Principal

Education: B.S.Child & Family Development M.A. School Counseling

Certifications: CPR & First aid, Medication Administration

I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri and have lived in the DMV for 14 years. I have over 20 years of experience as a professional educator. I have a BS in Child & Family Development, an MA in School Counseling from George Washington University and a certification in Early Intervention from Georgetown University. I have nine years experience in Early Childhood Education and I am currently earning my masters degree in school psychology. As the School Education Manager, I will ensure that our curriculum is being executed and make sure that all children needs are being met each day. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

I am the Team Lead and Safety Captain here at Everbrook Academy. I have been working in Early Childhood for 35 years. I have a degree in Elementary Education. I love getting to know my students and focusing on building strong relationships with them! Family is a big part of my life and I look forward to welcoming yours to our center soon.
